The Institute of Chartered Tax Accountants of Zimbabwe is pleased to advise its members, students, stakeholders and the general public of the launch of its new website and integrated member management system, which will officially go live on 1 July 2026.
The new platform has been developed as part of the Institute’s ongoing commitment to modernisation, service excellence, regulatory responsiveness and improved member engagement. It introduces a more interactive, efficient and user-friendly digital environment that will allow members, students and other stakeholders to engage with the Institute in a faster, more convenient and transparent manner.
A major feature of the new system is the introduction of a personalised member dashboard, through which members and students will now be able to manage most of their interactions with the Institute. Going forward, all official member communication, notices, updates and service-related engagements will be handled through the dashboard, thereby improving accessibility, accountability and record keeping.
Through the new platform, users will be able to purchase study modules, register for programmes, book examinations, pay subscriptions, settle examination fees, access selected ICTAZ products and services, and manage their professional records online. Payments may be made conveniently using EcoCash, credit card facilities, or through the Pay Offline option, with real-time updates reflecting on the user’s account once transactions are processed and confirmed.
The dashboard will also support examination booking, CPD tracking, examination writing, results management, member profile updates, service requests and access to learning materials. This development is expected to significantly reduce manual processes, improve turnaround times and enhance the overall member experience.
The Institute recognises that the future of professional accountancy and taxation bodies lies in the effective use of technology to improve member services, strengthen compliance, support continuing professional development and promote efficient communication. The new website and dashboard are therefore designed to place members at the centre of ICTAZ’s service delivery model.
Members are encouraged to log in to the new platform from 1 July 2026 and familiarise themselves with the available features. Further guidance will be provided to assist members and students as they onboard onto the system and begin using the new digital services.
The Institute remains committed to protecting the public interest, promoting professional excellence in taxation, and ensuring that members are supported through modern, reliable and accessible systems.
ICTAZ looks forward to welcoming all members and stakeholders to this new digital experience.
